Shipping Policy

US Orders 
US orders are sent via UPS or USPS. processing time is usually 7-10 days and shipping transit time is 3-4 days unless requested to expedite. When free shipping promotions are provided delivery may take longer due to the nature of shipping option. 

Orders are packed on the weekends and ship once a week. 

Canada

All Canadian orders are sent via UPS and customers are liable for any customs fee and taxes. Flat rate promotions are provided from time to time. 

Pakistan

Orders are shipped via TCS courier or Leopard courier. Shipping will only take place after confirmation of bank transfer. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery depending on province.

We strive to get orders out within a day; please allow a max of 4 business days for processing. Occasionally delays may happen, and you will be notified. 

International Orders 

International orders are sent via UPS, Fedex, or DHL which ever provides the best shipping rate. If the shipping rate presented at checkout is to contact info@shopsujood.com and we will try to find you the best shipping option. Please keep in mind international shipping costs are usually high and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost Packages 
We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Once the package has been handed over to the courier company and a tracking number is provided please contact the shipping company for information.
