What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened and/or used packages due to the Covid-19 pandemic. If any of our items have any damage when the package is received, we will gladly replace it. 

What is the cost of shipping?

We are trying to keep our shipping prices as low as we can but we prefer to ship with UPS and Fedex and we cannot offer a flat rate at the time but hopefully in the future. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any duties presented by customs. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes of course, we can expedite your order to you!

When will I receive my order?

Our packaging and shipping team is working as hard as they can to get your products to you. Expect you're items to ship in 3-5 business days after placing your order. 

Will I have to pay duty after customs clearance? 

We are trying our best to reduce cost of customs clearance for our customer but unfortunately some countries have a high duty on products outside of a price bracket. We are not liable for cost. 

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We would love to create or customize something for you! It may take a little longer since everything is handmade and would be designed just for you!

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes, shipping time may be very with large orders.
